About

I didn’t grow up gardening. Before 2020, I could barely keep a houseplant alive. But during the stillness of the global pandemic — like so many women — I found myself craving beauty, purpose, and something to care for in the middle of a life that didn’t quite feel like mine.

Looking back, that small shift ended up changing more than I expected.

‍I started small. A pothos on a shelf. A snake plant in the bathroom.

‍What began as a simple way to brighten my space slowly turned into something else. Caring for plants gave me a place to put my attention. It slowed me down enough to notice how burned out I felt, how disconnected I’d become from my work, and how long it had been since I’d asked myself what actually fit.

‍That season didn’t come with immediate answers, but it did create space.

‍Over time, I realized the shift I needed wasn’t just personal — it was professional. I wanted my work to support women who were in similar moments: tired of pushing through, unsure what comes next, and ready to choose more intentionally.

‍Today, I’m a career coach for women who are in seasons of transition.

Many of the women who find their way here are navigating moments that feel surprisingly similar to the ones I experienced:

  • ‍Burned out or reconsidering their current path.

  • On a career break — or thinking about taking one.

  • Trying to make thoughtful changes without blowing up their lives.

  • Figuring out what kind of work fits who they are now.

  • Looking for clarity, steadiness, and practical support while they decide.

‍My background is in Human Resources, with much of my work centered on employee onboarding and helping people navigate new beginnings at work. I spent years supporting people through the realities of work — hiring processes, workplace dynamics, transitions, and fresh starts. My coaching programs build on that foundation and offer space to slow down, sort through what’s changing, and make decisions that feel sustainable in real life.

‍I don’t believe you need to have everything figured out before you move forward. I also don’t believe you have to do it alone. ‍This space exists to support that process.

‍If you’re in a season of redefinition, ‍schedule a conversation, and we’ll take the next steps together.

‍With warmth & clarity,‍ ‍
